• Partner directly with the People & Talent Team to identify high-impact opportunities to apply
• Build an AI-first onboarding experience that is scalable, up to date, and provides an exceptional
• Turn manual People workflows into automated, AI-powered systems.
• Build AI agents and workflows that can answer questions, gather information, initiate processes
• Integrate AI systems with existing tools, including HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance
• Build internal tools and interfaces that make People processes easier for employees, managers, and

🎯 Requirements

• Early-career expertise as an Engineer (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with AI agents and workflow automation.
• Experience with internal tools and user-facing interfaces.
