People Analytics and BI Lead

📋 Description

• Serve as an analytics partner to Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition
• Deliver analyses leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights
• Develop and track key talent metrics to measure effectiveness of talent management programs and
• Create and deliver concise, impactful executive-level presentations to convey actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in talent data
• Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights to non-technical

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting capacity, or in-house at a professional
• Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, particularly Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of database and data modeling concepts, and comfortable with SQL.
• Strong understanding of talent management processes and metrics.
• Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills.
