📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People Business Partner for our in-person backup care work, developing a deep
• Partner with and coach managers across employee relations, performance management, feedback, team
• Independently navigate complex and sensitive employee situations, including investigations
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing, retention, turnover, and organizational
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage
• Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, leaves, accommodations, engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of HR Generalist, People Business Partner
• Experience supporting an hourly, shift-based, and in-person workforce, with strong understanding of
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, benefits, leaves of absence, and other
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations; experience
• Strong judgment, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to navigate
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operate
