🎯 Requirements

6-8+ years in progressive HR roles, with PBP experience.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment.
Prefer NY metro area; NYC office 2-3 days/week.
Strong business partner mindset; embed in teams and act as peer.
Trusted coach to managers and senior leaders up to Sr. Director.
Ability to analyze and interpret people data to inform workforce strategy.
