People Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with the Senior, Lead or manager HRBP to understand business goals and align HR strategies
• Drive consistent implementation of HR strategies across assigned client groups or business
• Act as an upward communication channel on organizational developments that may influence HR
• Support managers in building and managing effective teams across leadership effectiveness
• Provide coaching and guidance to include talent development, inclusive leadership, and resolving
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years in an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and business alignment.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
