📋 Description

• Support talent management: development, performance, and retention initiatives
• Serve as trusted contact for employees and managers on employee relations
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and org design initiatives
• Support annual processes: performance reviews and compensation planning
• Contribute to succession planning and identify development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver consistent HR programs

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years HR experience in HRBP/HR Generalist roles
• Experience partnering with managers in fast-growing orgs
• Strong talent management, ER, PM, and org development
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong business acumen balancing employee needs and priorities
• Familiarity with HRIS and people analytics tools
