People Business Partner (GTM)

📋 Description

• Develop strong, trusting relationships with key cross functional stakeholders to gain support and

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience
• Experience with GTM teams including Sales, Partnerships, Account Directors, Customer Success, Sales
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations, independently
• Working knowledge of employment law and its practical application
• Promote, maintain and enhance cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership
• Strong passion for learning about products and markets through in-house and external training
