📋 Description

• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, feedback, engagement, team
• Independently assess and resolve advisory cases that require individualized support beyond AI
• Diagnose root causes of performance challenges, communication breakdowns, interpersonal conflict
• Guide managers through performance improvement plans, sensitive conversations, documentation, and
• Apply established risk and escalation frameworks to determine when matters require Employee

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex advisory cases, diagnose root causes, and
• Strong coaching, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, including
• Working knowledge of leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, employee
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to assess guidance, identify limitations
• Ability to assess risk, recognize patterns across cases, recommend practical improvements, and help
