📋 Description

  • Support the People Team with interview scheduling and coordination for candidates and hires.
  • Schedule travel and expenses for the CEO, CFO, and CHRO.
  • Assist onboarding, including registering key cards and day-one office tours.
  • Gather and document references for new hires.
  • Collaborate with L&D to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Manage conference room scheduling and guest flow; provide front-desk support.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience or relevant internships.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
  • Ability to work onsite at 1 WTC HQ at least one day per week (3 days preferred).
  • Resourceful and adaptable; willing to assist wherever necessary.
  • ATS experience a plus.
