• Support design, launch, analysis, and reporting of key surveys.
• Own end-to-end surveys and insights as we move to a new listening platform.
• Prioritise actions from listening to address top issues.
• Analyse feedback to uncover insights; triangulate sentiment and metrics.
• Craft clear narratives for stakeholders across Canva.
• Partner with teams to translate insights into action and improvements.

• AI fluency to speed and deepen analysis.
