📋 Description

Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Be the first point of contact for our people across lifecycle
Own and improve onboarding, offboarding and reboarding experiences
Coordinate contracts, changes, parental leave and exits
Keep HR records and systems accurate with data integrity and compliance
Lead and support People programs across engagement and wellbeing

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in People Operations or HR
Generalist HR across the employee lifecycle
Knowledge of Australian employment standards (NES)
Familiarity with WHS obligations and risk management
Experience with HRIS and workforce administration
Strong organizational and communication skills
