📋 Description

• Partner with the HRBP team supporting our APJ region functions to support program roll-outs and
• Analyse HR data and trends across the organisation they support (e.g. headcount, attrition
• Own and manage performance management cases end-to-end, partnering with managers to ensure fair
• Coach and guide managers through the performance management process, providing advice
• Support HR Leaders on ad hoc projects
• Help to execute and where required lead business led initiatives (re-orgs, job role and level

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an HR role in a matrixed organisation
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
• You are a decisive problem solver with a 'get it done' attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced
• Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to share recommendations with stakeholders
• Data Storytelling: Connects internal data with external benchmarks to provide actionable executive
