People Insights Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze workforce composition, employee performance, compensation, and engagement data to make
• Own the day-to-day administration of the HR analytics tool, including dashboard configuration, data
• Execute existing cross-functional processes such as headcount planning, goal setting, and business
• Continuously refine our data methodologies to ensure we are using the right metrics to tell clear
• Partner with Total Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Development, and other People Team functions on ad
• Help lead the evolution of how the People team serves the organization with AI as a core enabler

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in management consulting (preferred) or people analytics in a
• Previous experience managing simultaneous complex projects with many stakeholders
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with high emotional
• Openness and responsiveness to feedback and suggestions
