• Coach and support People Leader competency in managing their squad including performance
• Managing absence, discipline & grievance cases and driving plans that deal with improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ER/case management experience (FMCG or manufacturing)
• Skilled in coaching, engagement & handling complex situations
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
• Loves dogs (naturally)
