📋 Description

• Continuously improve the onboarding experience by ensuring processes are clear, consistent
• Coordinate operational activities supporting new joiners and help create a smooth and engaging
• Review, update, and maintain internal People resources and onboarding documentation, including
• Handle operational tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including system updates, data
• Maintain accurate, well-organized People data, documentation, and records across relevant systems.
• Help optimize the use of AI, digital tools, and People systems to improve operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar People Operations, HR operations, administrative, onboarding, or
• Experience working closely with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or broader People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency in your work, or a strong interest and willingness to
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and systems, including platforms such as Notion and
• Strong interest in People Operations, employee experience, and process improvement.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple
