🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a People/HR Generalist
Expert user of ADP, Lattice, Jira, and Greenhouse
Skilled at utilizing Google Workspace to craft analytical, insight-led reports
Enthusiastic early adopter of AI tools
Data-fluent
Thorough understanding of federal/state employment laws and handbook policies
