People Operations Generalist

📋 Description

• Triage and respond to employee questions in our HR ticketing system quickly and accurately, and
• Use Rippling day to day to manage employee data and pull reports. Spot data issues and fix them
• Find recurring ticket themes and turn them into self-serve resources or process fixes.
• Own new hire onboarding from offer to first day, including paperwork, Rippling setup, and
• Make sure every new hire has a smooth, well-organized experience, and keep improving the experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator roles.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS. Rippling is strongly preferred.
• Experience administering benefits and managing workers’ comp claims.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state compliance requirements, including reporting such as
