  • Be the first point of contact in the NYC office; manage operations and guest/candidate/vendor experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, building management, and stakeholders to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a great start and finish for every employee.
  • Support HR projects and daily lifecycle tasks; administer promotions/transfers and HRIS data.
  • Partner with managers and HR to address questions, escalate issues, and keep workflows moving.
  • Plan and execute employee facing events and programs to foster engagement and inclusivity.

  • 2+ years of admin, workplace, or office operations experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer service mindset.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong time management and follow through, even in ambiguous situations.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to find elegant solutions before issues arise.
  • Superior judgement, including discretion around confidential and sensitive information.
