📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees.
• Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating
• Experience with HiBob HRIS (Preferred)
