• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic, warm, and professional approach.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with sound
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, or HR management software; quick to adapt
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Previous internship or co-op experience, or active leadership involvement in campus organizations.
