People Operations Lead - 3 month FTC

📋 Description

• Own the operating layer of the People function
• Manage a People Operations Specialist
• Own People operations, systems and data infrastructure across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle
• Own reward infrastructure including quarterly pay reviews, salary benchmarking and banding
• Work closely with People Partners, Talent, Finance, Payroll and Tech teams
• Continuously look for opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience working as an accountant or in a substantive accountancy role
• Significant People Operations experience with evidence of owning and designing end-to-end People
• Hands-on experience owning or significantly shaping People systems and data using a modern tech
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills
• Experience across reward and benefits, ideally including ownership of pay review cycles, salary
• Track record of continuous improvement
