Own the full employee lifecycle: contracts, right-to-work, starter and leaver logistics, probations
Own the HRIS (HiBob) and people data: records, workflows, surveys and data integrity
Own payroll input end to end: collate, calculate and submit each month
Own benefits end to end as the main contact for providers, systems, data and employee advice
Build AI-native workflows to automate routine people processes
Run the office environment and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on People or HR Operations experience in a fast-moving scale-up
CIPD or equivalent experience required
Hands-on payroll input and benefits administration
Strong HRIS skills across workflows, automations and integrations
Real evidence of building with AI workflows or tools
Exceptional organisation and judgement
