People Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own the operating layer of the People function, managing the People Operations Specialist and
• Own People operations, systems and data infrastructure across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle
• Ensure fundamentals run while continuously identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and
• Take ownership of reward infrastructure, including quarterly pay reviews, salary benchmarking and
• Collaborate closely with People Partners, Talent, Finance, Payroll and Tech teams
• Help the team determine how technology, including AI and agentic workflows, can remove repetitive

🎯 Requirements

• Significant People Operations experience, with evidence of designing and owning end-to-end People
• Hands-on experience with People systems and data, including an HRIS (e.g., Personio) and/or
• Experience across reward and benefits, including ownership of pay review cycles, salary
• Track record of continuous improvement - spotting friction, identifying root causes and
• Active interest in AI and automation, and comfortable experimenting with new tools and ways of
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and working across People Partnering, Talent
