People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle ops (onboarding to offboarding) and data management.
• Manage BambooHR records; ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate background checks, documents, and onboarding logistics.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Finance, and managers for onboarding/offboarding.
• Payroll, benefits, and global employment with Deel for international staff.
• Leapsome-based performance cycles and employee engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in People Operations/HR Ops/HR Generalist in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on BambooHR or similar HRIS.
• Experience administering Leapsome.
• Experience managing Employer of Record platforms, preferably Deel.
• Strong understanding of US employment laws; payroll/benefits/global ops experience.
