People Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day payroll coordination and HRIS data accuracy.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration.
• Provide first-line employee support and compliance monitoring.
• Partner with HR leadership on US compliance and audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation in People Ops.
• Maintain data integrity across US/AMER operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HR/People Ops in fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Experience with HiBob HRIS and ADP payroll.
• Knowledge of US federal and Arizona employment law, leaves, benefits compliance.
• Strong HRIS data integrity and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Admin; SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Hybrid in Phoenix/Tempe, AZ — 3-4 days in office.
