📋 Description

• Own day-to-day HR Operations and payroll with Finance.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with compliance.
• Maintain clean HR systems and automate processes using AI.
• Drive employee experience and advocate for employees.
• Lead change when processes need to evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in HR/People Operations
• Experience administering benefits and Open Enrollment
• Manage leaves of absence and onboarding/offboarding
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and ticketing systems
• Comfort using AI tools to automate HR workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ownership mindset
