🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Coordination, HR Generalist, or related field.
• Experience supporting the employee lifecycle across multi-country workforces/time zones.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through in high-volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, empathetic employee interactions.
• Discretion handling confidential information; strong judgment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and HR systems; report generation and data
