People Operations Partner

📋 Description

• Own the employee lifecycle including Pre-boarding, On-boarding, and Off-boarding
• Be the go-to person to support our Finixians with any benefit, working norms, and policy questions
• Create memorable moments for our Finixians, both in person and virtually, to drive Finixian
• Own our HRIS (Paylocity) and People Team Tech Stack (Workramp) to ensure accurate data around
• Analyze and report monthly and quarterly People metrics and demographics to measure impact
• Assist with the planning of Calibration reviews and Compensation cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of People Ops experience, preferably in a high-growth organization
• Well-versed in local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Understand the need for tech to support scale and a human to guide the way, excited about AI
• Detail-oriented and love tying up loose ends
• Passionate about your craft with an eagerness to evolve
• Excited about numbers and spreadsheets, can create pivot tables, charts, or graphs with ease
