📋 Description

• Providing timely, thoughtful support to employees and managers across a wide range of People
• Managing employee lifecycle processes and documentation, including onboarding, offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, employee support, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting employees across day-to-day People processes and employee lifecycle
• Strong customer service mindset - you enjoy solving problems and making things easier for the
• Comfortable managing a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and
• Tech-forward and naturally curious about how systems, automation, and AI can improve the way work
