People Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for People-related questions, offering clear and helpful
• Partner with Talent, hiring managers, IT, and other stakeholders to coordinate onboarding
• Process employment verification requests according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy
• Administer background-check platforms, monitor outstanding cases, follow up with relevant parties
• Keep HR systems accurate and up to date by reviewing employee information, organizing
• Draft, organize, and maintain routine employee documents under the guidance of the People

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or Talent, with practical involvement in coordination, employee
• Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain clear trackers, meet deadlines, and carefully
• Willingness to anticipate next steps, follow up independently, take ownership of routine
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication, combined with a service-oriented approach to
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar systems, learn new processes, ask thoughtful questions, and
