• Advise leaders on workforce effectiveness, capability readiness and team adaptation, constructively
• Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams across your assigned business area, empowering
• Own local workforce insight and risk scanning, using people metrics, data and AI-enabled insight to
• Partner with People Operations to design, deliver and embed people strategy, OKRs and initiatives
• Partner on workforce planning, organizational change and team design, ensuring people implications
• Lead team-level capability planning, supporting decisions on role redesign and skill transition

• Workforce and skills thinking, with confidence to lead role redesign conversations
• High-quality advisory judgement, sound judgement and confidentiality
• Data literacy, confident use of people data, and comfort with AI-supported analysis
• Comfortable challenging managers constructively
• Human-centred change leadership and strong change support skills
