📋 Description

• Act as a Strategic Thought Partner to sales and GTM leaders by aligning talent priorities directly
• Drive Creative Problem-Solving, proactively diagnosing team, manager, and organizational needs, and
• Execute Core Talent Programs, driving continuous talent management, compensation/reward programs
• Collaborate Across the People Function with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to
• Champion Samsara's Culture and embed cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the
• Connect in Person, traveling roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites, business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in People Operations.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams (sales, CS or similar), or broader People experience
• Learning oriented, with a record of picking up work you haven't done before and experience using AI
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, iterative environment, open to changes in focus and direction.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
• Experience using data to identify insights and inform business decisions.
