People Partner - Content

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor to Content leadership on all people-related matters
• Support the Chief Content Officer as a right hand person and proxy with leaders
• Stay aligned with team goals, bringing solutions and following through to completion
• Embed fully into the team, participate in rituals, Slack channels, and meetings to understand team
• Identify people risks early by analyzing 1:1s, skips, engagement data, and observations
• Advise on organizational design, identify gaps and future risk areas

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced environments (tech, fintech, or start-ups)
• Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations, aware of New York employment law
• Strong grasp of UK employment law and awareness of New York employment law to handle tricky ER
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with candidates
• People-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships and offer guidance to employees at
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
