People Program Manager, Payroll

📋 Description

• Maintain and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking configurations to meet
• Monitor federal, state, and local payroll regulations and support compliance across a multi-state
• Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate processing, reliable data, and
• Maintain payroll tax configurations and support payroll compliance, SOX controls, and related
• Configure, test, and support Workday Payroll and Absence functionality, identifying opportunities
• Lead biannual Workday Payroll and Absence release testing, including documentation and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, People Operations, or a
• At least 5 years of progressive payroll experience within HR or People departments, including
• At least 3 years of progressive experience leading People programs, projects, or operational
• In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and multi-state, state, and local payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking.
• Familiarity with OneSource Virtual (OSV Atmosphere) for payroll tax administration or related

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $109,240.54–$144,197.50 USD, depending on experience and relevant qualifications.
