📋 Description

• Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external
• Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership.
• Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear
• Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and
• Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate
• A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of
