🎯 Requirements

• A strong People Partner: You've got solid experience partnering with senior leaders and managers
• Broad People expertise: You're confident across performance management, employee relations
• A program driver: You can independently take complex People initiatives from idea through to
• Commercially switched on: You understand the connection between people, productivity and business
• Confident influencing skills: You're comfortable coaching senior leaders, having the tough
• Proactive ownership: You don't wait to be told there's a problem. You connect the dots, spot
