People Programs, Strategy, & Operations Director

📋 Description

• Own the operating model for the People team including cross-functional cadences, reporting
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement
• Drive selective, high-priority, cross-cutting initiatives on behalf of People leadership, including
• Serve as a central steward of project management, intake, and operational support across People
• Identify and implement opportunities to modernize People workflows through AI tools, automation
• Serve as the primary operational connector between the People team and cohorts like ELT, Finance

• 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related fields
• Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in
• Change management skills
• Passion for creating healthy, inclusive organizations where culture is a competitive advantage for
