People Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and drive the People Relations agenda across the market, ensuring compliance and supporting
• Develop and implement the Market People Relations strategy aligned with the H&M Group Colleague
• Coach and support leaders on strategic and operational people matters
• Manage labour law, industrial relations, union and works council relationships, and collective
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, policies, and internal governance processes
• Lead and develop the local People Relations team

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with expertise in Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading and developing teams
• Extensive experience in People Relations, Employee Relations, Labour Relations, or Human Resources
• Solid experience working with works councils and trade unions
• Experience resolving complex employee relations matters
• Experience working in an international and matrix organisation
