🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with expertise and professional qualifications in Labour Law, Industrial
• A minimum of 5 years' experience leading and developing teams and extensive experience within
• Solid experience working with works councils and trade unions.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations matters.
• Experience working in an international and matrix organisation.
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders on both strategic and operational people matters.
