People Services Partner, Compliance

📋 Description

• Work with People Services to create and refine processes across onboarding and the employee
• Manage our global background check program, which includes owning our vendor partnership.
• Prepare for obligations that come with new locations, headcount thresholds, or new regulations
• Manage an HR compliance calendar to track compliance programs and deadlines globally.
• Proactively look for ways to streamline and automate the work in your scope, making compliance easy
• Support internal and external audits by documenting our controls, gathering evidence, and walking

🎯 Requirements

• Have worked on HR compliance and governance across multiple countries (including the United States)
• Have represented People Operations in internal and external audits
• Have prepared and filed required government reporting
• Communicate clearly with partners, auditors, and employees, flexing your communication style for
• Enjoy navigating ambiguity and being the one to help drive clarity
• Move quickly without sacrificing quality or introducing risk
