📋 Description

• Designing and executing the key moments in the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
• Owning HR’s operational core and building the infrastructure to scale, including compliance
• Owning people data and analytics to continuously improve the employee experience, building trusted
• Supporting the semi-annual performance cycle and annual comp cycle, managing leaves and
• Collaborating with Legal, IT, Finance, and outside counsel to ensure smooth HR operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations
• Ability to read messy, high-stakes situations and reach the right call without a clean rule
• Think in systems and tradeoffs: scope ambiguous cross-functional problems, prioritize, and drive to
• Shift registers fluidly: warm first contact, steady presence in hard conversations, plain-English
• Know the difference between a call that's yours to make and one that needs to go up or across
• Get technical details exactly right on work with legal exposure such as visa classification, leave
