People Systems and Solutions Manager

📋 Description

• Shape and drive a multi-quarter People Systems roadmap
• Translate complex business needs into simple, scalable processes, requirements, and system
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of People technology vendors
• Improve People data governance, reporting, and analytics while identifying AI and automation
• Partner with People, IT, Data, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People Systems, People Operations, HR technology, business systems, or
• Experience shaping and delivering multi-quarter technology or process roadmaps across multiple
• Strong business analysis and process design skills
• Experience evaluating and managing technology vendors
• Strong understanding of People data, reporting, governance, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and works effectively across a global organization
