📋 Description

• Own People workflows from initial design through day-to-day operation; improve processes when they
• Administer core People systems including HRIS, ATS, equity management and survey platforms
• Build automations, including AI-enabled workflows, to reduce repetitive work.
• Build recurring reports and dashboards; turn ad hoc requests into reusable reporting; use People
• Manage confidential employee data responsibly and build privacy, security and access controls into
• Help design and roll out People programs such as talent management, compensation and job

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable configuring and troubleshooting systems such as HRIS, ATS or equity management
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and building reports or dashboards for others.
• Curious about AI and automation; recognize when they could save time or improve a process.
• Ability to work out what needs to happen with limited direction when a request is unclear.
• Organized to manage a mix of employee questions, system maintenance and longer-term improvements.
• Clear communication and composure when helping employees or when systems fail.
