📋 Description

• Own the administration, configuration, and roadmap for recruiting tools and Sana, including
• Lead requirements gathering with Recruiting and write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance
• Partner with engineers to design, build, test, and launch AI agents and automations that streamline
• Map current-state workflows, identify friction, and drive improvements end to end, measuring their
• Manage multiple projects at once, communicate status and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, and
• Share best practices and support less experienced teammates as the team's recruiting systems and

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in HRIS, recruiting systems, business systems analysis, or a related role
• Hands-on experience owning and configuring an ATS or HR system (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
• Track record of leading projects from requirements through launch with measurable results
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
• Experience partnering with engineers on design, testing, and launch, and comfort with light
• Experience with, or strong interest in, building AI tools and agents to improve a process
