📋 Description

• Define the multi-year product vision and strategy for the Growth & Talent domain in close
• Build data-driven business cases and functional strategies for major platform initiatives across
• Partner closely with the Growth & Talent Delivery Lead to translate business priorities and
• Act as the voice of the business and end users within technical discussions, translating complex
• Define the strategy and functional requirements for integrating AI across the talent lifecycle
• Drive cross-functional alignment with multiple teams to ensure clear visibility, smooth change

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience leading internal enterprise platforms, enterprise
• In-depth understanding of core Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and
• Proven ability to translate long-term business goals into multi-year product strategies, build
• Demonstrated track record partnering with delivery teams on system integrations, data flows, and
• Functional understanding of enterprise AI applications, generative AI capabilities, and automated
• Proven success operating with high autonomy across distributed time zones (US / APAC / EMEA)
