Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant, Senior Living Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• PTA performing home health visits for geriatric patients in senior living communities in East
• Provide treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical
• Position is per diem with potential for growth within BAYADA Home Health Care.

🎯 Requirements

• Current licensure or certification in the state of Ohio.
• Graduate of a two-year college program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• At least one year of PTA experience and satisfactory proficiency exam prior to Dec 31, 1977, or
• Ability to work under supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist; other duties as requested.
