📋 Description

• Edit raw UGC footage into compelling short-form advertisements for TikTok and Meta, adapting
• Structure videos around strong hooks, particularly within the first 2–3 seconds, to capture
• Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, and other visual elements that strengthen the core message
• Produce multiple creative variations from the same source material, experimenting with different
• Maintain a consistent premium, confident, and direct brand voice across all creative assets
• Create static Meta advertisements using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent platforms

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience editing short-form video specifically for paid social advertising on
• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or an equivalent professional video-editing tool
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, or comparable tools for creating and editing static advertising
• Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles, including hooks, pacing, CTAs
• Demonstrated experience creating multiple variations of the same creative to test different hooks
• Ability to take raw UGC footage and transform it into polished, engaging, performance-focused
