Performance Marketer - AI first & Automation

📋 Description

Compensation: $100k-$130k

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
• Monitor performance and trends to meet KPIs
• Troubleshoot underperformance and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on execution and improvements
• Lead and participate in new processes, features, and strategy tests
• Become a go-to expert on Eulerity's marketing platform to support execution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4+ years in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Deep familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytics with GA4 and campaign tracking
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, formulas)
• Basic programming skills for API interactions
• In-person/hybrid role — able to come to NYC office at least 3x/week
