📋 Description

• Drive paid acquisition for dating products across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other
• Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs and business objectives
• Create advertising concepts and creatives independently, while collaborating with creative
• Analyze campaign performance and use tracking and analytics platforms such as RedTrack or Voluum to
• Research markets and competitors to identify emerging opportunities and new approaches
• Develop concepts and detailed briefs for new landing pages to support acquisition and conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid traffic sources
• Proven expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns
• Experience with marketing analytics and tracking platforms such as RedTrack, Voluum, or comparable
• Strong analytical abilities
• Track record of measurable results
