• Stay in the details. Run tests on audiences, placements, and creative, and build most of this

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years running paid social with significant budgets on Meta and at least one other social channel
• Automation-led: built automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimisation; comfortable with
• Creative-obsessed: knows what makes content stand out, can brief and iterate with creative team
• Efficiency-minded: thinks in CAC and payback; can distinguish efficient growth from spend that just
• Disciplined tester: can set up new channels with clean test design, sufficient budget, and quick
• Hands-on by choice: prefers driving impact over decks; likes detail and builds things themselves.
